The Marine and Terminal Port Regulation Book is also available for download. This book is subject to change without notice. This book is placed aboard every vessel on arrival.

• Marine and Terminal Regulation Book

All Vessels must Submit Electronic Notice Arrival prior to arrival in U.S. waters. Vessel voyage time 96 hrs or greater must give 96 hr notice. Vessel voyage time less than 96 hrs must submit prior to departure of last port. Vessel voyage time that is less than 24 hrs, must submit a 24 hr notice.
