Retirement income is provided by the Company at no cost, available after one year of service (with 1,000 hours worked). Benefits are based on an employee's age, pay, and length of service. Accrued benefit vests after five years of service or age 65, whichever occurs first.
For exempt positions, HOVENSA will pay for private school tuition on St. Croix for dependent children grades kindergarten through high school.
